Having a career in individualized education Katie teaches both group classes and one on one. She works privately with post concussion syndrome patients, neurodivergent individuals, competitive athletes, and those looking to try yoga for the first time. Katie is inclusive and inviting no matter your experience or physical fitness. She is intuitive, attentive, and individualizes for each client. Although she does specialize working one on one, Katie loves her group classes for the community that they bring together.

Katie was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Utah in 2004. She loves to play outside with her friends, husband, and two dogs. Katie has been a swimmer since the age of 4, competing on and off as an adult. She loves to snowboard, mountain bike, camp, and hike.

Katie has worked in the autism field for over 25 years and began her career in Utah as an Autism Specialist for a state program before opening her own practice in 2009. Although she focuses her work with individuals and their families, she also supports schools and autism centers offering trainings for teachers and staff.
